The City Council Ordinance Committee is considering a proposal to rezone lots on the edge of the King Street/Maple Street neighborhood to a downtown form based code zone tonight. These are lots on King Street, Maple Street, and South Champlain Street. Other parcels on the edges of other neighborhoods are also being considered.

The lots are currently in residential zones.
