Burlington City Arts' Summer Concert Series presented by VSECU features Grayson Ty on June 14.

Grayson Ty is a singer-songwriter based out of Western Massachusetts whose soulful tone and meaningful lyrics have been compared to that of James Bay and Ed Sheeran. Grayson tours regularly throughout the northeast and in December 2016 released his debut EP 'Believe' to a sold-out crowd at the Iron Horse in Northampton, MA. Since its release, ‘Believe’ has gained regional as well as international attention with radio play and album reviews emerging everywhere from here in the states to South America and Western Europe.

In the past year, Grayson had the pleasure of sharing the stage with several notable acts including Crystal Bowersox (American Idol runner-up) and Nick Fradiani (American Idol winner). Grayson embarked on his first east coast tour in June 2018 upon the release of his newest single 'Let Go' available on all music platforms.

Burlington City Art's annual summer concert series presented by VSECU kicks off on June 12. All are welcome to enjoy 22 FREE concerts, this year on lower Church Street near City Hall. The series takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30 p.m. from June 12 to August 28.

We've programmed a line-up that features both our local favorites and some from further afield that may be new to you. It's an excellent opportunity to listen to new music, have lunch with a friend or co-worker or enjoy being outside with your community, supporting live music.

As of June 1, sponsors include VSECU, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Dubois & King, Church Street Marketplace, NBC 5, 104.7 The Point, and Seven Days.
