There is a FREE Open House Q&A Event for the upcoming 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training on Sunday, June 16th, 3-5pm! The training begins September, 2019 and runs 1 weekend a month for 9 months. If you are at all interested in learning more about the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), or ongoing, weekly classes in Chester, VT, please join us! Liza Eaton, the lead trainer and owner of Buddhaful Yoga (Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance) has been teaching yoga for 11 years to all ages; toddlers to elders, with a variety of abilities.

"In the West yoga is often portrayed as a physical practice of movement and holding poses. In reality, yoga is not about whether or not you can touch your toes! Nor is it at all about your age or ability. Yoga is about Unity. Uniting body and soul so we can live from a higher state of consciousness together, uniting us all as one whole, instead of being separate." says Liza. Her most recent training was just completed this May, 2019, with 9 graduates. Liza invites all levels and all ages to her training. The youngest trainee of her last YTT being 30, and her eldest being in her 70's, Liza reminds us all that we are never "too old" or "too young" to make new discoveries in life. Whether you are looking to deepen your Self acceptance or inquiry, weave the sacred teachings of yoga and wellness into your every day living, or to teach yoga to others; this YTT offers the opportunity to gain the knowledge, tools and techniques to practice and teach multiple yoga styles to a wide variety of populations.
