Hi neighbors!

Come run/walk/jog a 5k for the planet! LEAP, Burlington High School's Environmental Club, is hosting a 5k Fundraiser to benefit the Rozalia Project! The race is FREE, and all donations are welcome and will go to support the Rozalia Project. Sunday, June 9th, at 9 am at North Beach Park.

The Rozalia Project's mission is to clean and protect our rivers, lakes, and oceans and restore a healthy and thriving marine ecosystem. They work in urban and coastal waterways from the surface of the water to the bottom of the sea floor. Rozalia Project uses a few different strategies to tackle the problem of marine debris. Their work involves education programs, restoration (cleanups), and solutions based research. For more info: https://rozaliaproject.org/
