Planning for Cambridge Flood Hazard Area Zoning Bylaws update.
Flood Hazard bylaws regulate land uses and development within Federally-designated Flood Hazard Areas.
The Cambridge Flood Hazard Area Zoning Bylaws were last updated in 1995.
The bylaws are not compliant with current State and Federal guidelines.
The Planning Commission will address non-compliant sections and seek public guidance
on update options.
