The June First Friday Film at the UU Meetinghouse h will be ALBATROSS by artist Chris Jordan. ALBATROSS is an award-winning work of art, a work of art with a message: we need to diminish our use and disposal of plastics. The film lasts about 1 1/2 hours and inspires a strong emotional response in the audience not just in favor of albatrosses but generally on the impact of our trash disposal vs reuse and recycling. Discussion follows.
Free admission and popcorn. Doors open at 6:45; film begins at 7 pm. Held at the Meetinghouse at 21 Fairground Road, Springfield, VT. All welcome.
