Once again, 4H in Cabot - playful youth empowerment projects

Past event
Mar 22, 2014, 4 to 5:30 PM

Follow-up meetings with Mr. Wilson have been scheduled for March 22 and April 5, both meetings at 4 PM at the Cabot Library. The main focus will be on soliciting ideas on specific topics of interest to 8-18 year olds and individuals willing to lead such projects. The possibilities include growing vegetables, berries and fruit, raising and caring for animals (pigs, cows, horses, goats, and poultry), home economics type projects (bread baking, cooking, sewing, handcraft, woodworking).
Please come and learn more about this worthwhile community effort and help shape its direction, especially if you have a project, craft, or skill to share with kids.
