Enjoy a unique art and dining experience that features conversation with artist Debra Weisberg and a specially prepared meal by chefs Sally Wilson and Sarah Spence designed to echo themes expressed in Weisberg's exhibition Drawn to Touch
Artist Debra Weisberg exhibits widely. She currently teaches at Boston College and has lectured at Harvard, MIT and University College, London.
Chef Sally Wilson graduated from Johnson and Wales and is the former owner and chef for the Norwich Inn. Chef Sarah Spence has worked at the Rabbit Hill Inn, Karme Choling and now at Bread&Butter.
The following black and white monochrome menu has been created in honor of our artist.
Cauliflower Soup served with Black Sesame Seeds and Trumpet Mushrooms
A Riot of Shellfish with Squid Ink Linguine Fini and Slivered Almonds
Lemon Panna Cotta with Fresh Blackberries and Hawaiian Salt
Coffee and Tea
Wine and beer will be available for purchase throughout the evening at dinner. A selection of white wines and dark beers will be featured.
