On Tuesday, June 11 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the Manchester Community Library, attend an educational program on Medical Marijuana and Cannabidiol (CBD). Ada Puches, the Community Outreach Coordinator for Champlain Valley Dispensary, will discuss the potential benefits of medical marijuana, how the application process works, and what requirements need to be satisfied to obtain medical marijuana. She will also provide information on non-intoxicating over-the-counter CBD. This program is co-sponsored by Manchester Community Library and the Vermont Cancer Support Network (www.vcsn.net), with financial support from the Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society, to give individuals with cancer accurate information about these potentially helpful products.
