Going The Distance Bike Ride to Support Boys & Girls Club of Brattleboro
Cyclists of all abilities can now register for the 10th annual Going the Distance Bike Ride fundraising event, benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Brattleboro. The event is on Saturday, June 22nd. This is a ride, not a race.
New this year, a flat 20 mile ride through Vernon. Perfect for VBikes, teens and people who prefer a shorter ride. Participants can choose from 20, 40, 60 or 100-mile rides, fully supported with rest stops, delicious foods, and support vans. At the finish line, bikers will be greeted with a full course meal and swag bags. Our popular century ride loops from Brattleboro to Northampton and back. All routes begin at the NEYT parking lot, then traveling through scenic areas of Vermont and Massachusetts along the Connecticut River.
Participants are asked to join the event's fundraising page and help solicit sponsors for their ride. Each cyclist sets their own fundraising goal. Top fundraisers will receive a uniquely designed bike jersey. All money raised supports the all summer programming and camps offered at the Boys & Girls Club of Brattleboro.
