Summer Fitness Series Orientation Meeting

Join us for an informational/orientation meeting for the Summer Fitness Series.

What: The summer series is a 10-week fitness program that includes a minimum of 3 group classes each week, 1 small group (3-4 people) personal training session each week, 3 nutrition workshops over the course of the program, and an individual nutrition consultation. There are also pop-up classes and a great group support system.

Who: Danielle is a certified exercise physiologist with a degree in Exercise Science and another degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. She has spent a little over a decade working with people on their health and fitness goals.

When: Thursday June 30th from 5-7 p.m. Come anytime between those hours to obtain your initial orientation paperwork or to ask questions about the series with no obligations. Also feel free to come to discuss other fitness options that will fit your needs.

Where: Room 211 (Ms. Thorsen) BFA Fairfax high school
