The second annual Roots fundraiser for the Vermont Foodbank is just over two weeks away! Join us on Saturday, June 8th from 5-9pm at the picturesque Strawberry Hill Farm in Stowe for a walk around tasting of delicious locally produced food, natural wine from Cork, and local beer & cider. Woodbelly Pizza will be at the event with their wood fired pizza oven, along with a whole pig roast & racks of ribs over an open fire. Local music legends George Petit & Luke Smith will be on stage again this year, and goody bags will be stuffed with treats from Skida, Ursa Major, Vermont Village, & more. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales to this event will go directly to the Vermont Foodbank, thanks to the generous support of this year's sponsors: The Alchemist, Ben & Jerry's, Coldwell Banker, Commodities Natural Market, Country Walkers, Darn Tough, Gordon Dixon Construction, Piecasso, John & Nicole Steele, Nancy Tooley, & Whistlepig Whiskey. Our inaugural sold out 2018 event raised $62,000, and we hope to surpass that number this year.
