Come find your own Groove with us, move, sweat, and have fun. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels! Follow Shelly's basic dance steps and then it's up to you to make each movement your own. Moving and exercising should never be punishment. It should be fun, enjoyable, stress free, and relaxing. That's what Freestyle Groove is all about! It's a different way to work out that doesn't have you just mindlessly following an instructor moves. Come feel the Groove with us!
Come 10 minutes early to first class.
Wear relaxed comfortable clothing you can easily move in.
Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat if you have one, and a large towel. We dance barefoot.
