The agenda includes a public hearing on proposed bylaw changes (relating to accessory apartments) and discussion of Form Based Zoning and rural PUDs. A short amount of time will be available at the end of the meeting for the discussion of what has been called the "Clean up amendment' to Comprehensive Plan.
