Come celebrate backcountry caretakers and learn more about how they protect and help our trails! Join us for a picnic with adult beverages, guided hikes around the Short Trail, a Q&A with some Green Mountain Cub caretakers, and the short film premieres about caretakers from all over New England, titled 'Taking Care'. Produced by Outdoor Gear Exchange, the Taking Care films go in depth about caretakers' lives working with the Green Mountain Club, Maine Island Trail Association, and the Randolph Mountain Club.
