Abortion Care = Health Care Rally

On Tuesday, May 21st, Vermonters will rally together to call on Governor Phil Scott to sign the Abortion Rights bill, H.57. Across the country, a new wave of extreme bans on abortion are seeking to strip away reproductive freedom; they represent an all-out assault on abortion access. These bans disproportionately hurt people of color, low-income people, and the LGTBQ community. NOW is the time for Vermont to come together to demand that abortion and reproductive freedom be protected against the unconstitutional attempt to gut Roe. Together we will affirm to politicians: abortion care = health care. At the Speak Out, we want to hand the mic to Vermonters willing to a share personal story that amplifies the call to protect reproductive freedom.
