The Buskers grace the stage at The Music Box in Craftsbury. The Buskers are “Folk impurists” with a smart, distinct voice and a kitchen sink repertoire of influences from jug band and jazz to roots rock, “The Buskers tap the street music tradition for which they are named, then go much farther, with serious musicianship, a sense of humor, and energy to burn.” (Weirs Times) Their sound is defined by deep respect for the craft of songwriting and arranging and a shared love for the inventive possibilities of improvisation.

The trio includes Craig Jaster on piano, bass, accordion and vocals, Kathy Sommer playing acoustic and electric violin, mandolin and vocals and Paul Hubert on guitar and vocals. The group has four albums to their credit. Craig and Paul hail from Ne Hampshire and Kathy is located in norther New York State. This is a unique opportunity to see them live.
