Peonies are a favorite garden perennial, prized for their elegant beauty and carefree maintenance. Their large showy flowers bloom in late spring to early summer. Some are fragrant and a lovely addition to gardens and bouquets. This long lived perennial is perfect for Vermont growing conditions and numerous varieties will be explored.
