Yoga for Stress Relief: a 4 week series

In our increasingly busy lives, learning to slow down is just that, a skill to learn. In this yoga series, we’ll use restorative yoga postures, deep breathing and mindfulness techniques to relieve stress and anxiety. Learn how to respond to your body’s stress cues and cultivate a sense of deep relaxation within. No yoga experience necessary. $65 for the series.

Yoga for Stress Relief will run on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:30pm on these dates:
