Champlain College plans to build a 6 story dorm and commercial space on what is now the Eagles Club & Browns Court Parking lot property. It is massive and will fundamentally change the nature of our neighborhood. You can see plans here;

I fully admit I have a interest in this project as if built it will mean that the sun will set on my house around noon everyday as it will quite literally block out the sun.
