The Colchester School District Band Concert will be held on Saturday, March 15 at 11 am in the CHS gymnasium. This free event features performances by all the school bands (Malletts Bay School, Colchester Middle School and the Colchester High School). This event provides a great demonstration of the students’ skills as well as the progression and range of the district’s band programs. Friends of Colchester Music (FCM) will be selling $5 raffle tickets for an autographed Grace Potter CD. A winner will be drawn after 100 raffle tickets are sold. FCM will also hold a 50/50 cash raffle at the event and Colchester Music car magnets will be available for $5 each. Proceeds will help provide donations of instruments, materials, scholarships and music education programs to all of our schools in Colchester.
