I've been cooking all day, and the food is looking great for the Ecuadorian dinner. I'm making enough for 60 people, and there are 40 reservations so far, so if you would like to come, you can! The meal is by donation, and my godfather, Artemis Joukowsky, is sponsoring it, so whatever donation you make is doubled. I'm less than $1,000 from my goal, so we may be able to raise enough money to start a fund at Lamoille so more students can have the opportunity to materialize a dream!
