We are hosting a Mother's Day Brunch at the farm. Every plate made with love following traditional Italian recipes and using the bounty of our land! It is incredible the variety of wild edibles we find this time of the year! And we can hardly wait to share with people our home made pasta, some traditional Italian recipes you may not know, and just having a relaxing time with family and friends. You can purchase tickets (membership) on our website (www.agricolavermont.com) for $39/person (this will include a 5 course lunch - 10% off wine at Vergennes' Wine, and 10% off our meat at the farm stand). If you are looking for something more fancy we have a dinner (May 25th) for 8 gourmet plated courses. Just do not expect to go in and out of the door. It takes few hours to enjoy the food we will serve. Are you in a hurry and want something quick? On Sat and Sun we have ready to eat shredded pork sandwiches at the farm stand ($5.50).
