Faywood Gardens all organic cooking classes start up this week for the summer season!

This Saturday, May 11, from 11am to 2pm
SPECTACULAR SAUCES

Come join us in the farmhouse kitchen! We'll be making some delicious sauces - both sweet and savory reductions, demi glace, savory and sweet wine reductions, beurre blanc and beurre rouge, and a fantastic Thai peanut sauce. Taste to your hearts content with chicken/shrimp/veggies/and pound cake cubes - $70 per person (includes tax)

Classes are held weekly. There are a variety of menu options to choose from. All classes are hands-on preparation with the enjoyment of a well earned meal! All participants will get to take home a packet of recipes.
