Today Wednesday May 8 is the voting by the former Village residents for the election of three Commissioners for the Edward Farrar Utility District. Voting is at the Municipal Office at 28 North Main Street from 7 am to 7 pm today May 8.
At 7:30 pm Wednesday May 8 in Steele Community Meeting Room at 38 North Main Street will be the first Annual Meeting of the Edward Farrar Utility District. The Edward Farrar Utility District was formed when the former Waterbury Village Charter was given up and the voters and Legislature approved the formation of the Edward Farrar Utility District to oversee the operation of the Water and Sewer system formerly operated by the Village of Waterbury.
All current residents of the former village of Waterbury are entitled to vote and attend the Annual meeting at 7:30 pm in the Steele Community Meeting Room an the Municipal Building at 28 North Main Street Waterbury to conduct the business of the Edward Farrar Utility District.
