Join local physical therapists Emily Dabrowski and Brian Montgomery for a free foam roller clinic this Thursday. The 60 minute interactive class will review many exercises that can be done with the rollers to improve strength, improve flexibility and decrease risk of injury.

LOCATION: Waterbury Sports (on S. Main st Waterbury)
TIME: 6-7pm
TO BRING: 3ft long foam roller recommended. They can be purchased at Waterbury Sports the day of if needed.
