"What Feeds Us?" is back at the Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center for another month! In case you missed the one in April, this is a workshop what meets three times, the first of which if May 15, then May 22, then May 29! The total cost is $25.00 and is due at the first session.
The workshop description is written below and, if you plan to attend (which I hope you do because it's going to be pretty great!), plan to attend all three sessions. Please reach out to me, Robyn Morrison, at sayyeshealthcoaching@gmail.com to let me know if you have any questions and/or if you'd like to sign up!
"Have you ever noticed how you feel after eating certain foods? I'm not talking about feeling full, or not hungry any more, I'm talking about noticing if you feel tired, moody, sad, happy, energized, or hyper? Do you feel satisfied or is there still a longing for something else?
What about taking this a step deeper and ask about our lives? Are we stuffed in some areas (which can either be negative or positive), or are there areas where we're longing for something? Starving for something?
I'd like to invite you to a three Workshop series at the Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center where we'll explore "what feeds us." We'll talk about which foods feed our body in a healthy/not so healthy way AND what feeds our life, our emotions, our soul, our spirit, and our mind in a healthy/not so healthy way.
We'll do this by talking all about cravings, stress, eating balanced meals, and energy. We'll talk about our uniqueness, creating and holding boundaries, and examine some underlying judgments we may not know we have which may be holding us back from living the life we want. Then, by the end of the 3rd workshop, we'll have a much clearer vision and blueprint on what does, indeed, truly feed us so we can feel full in the best possible ways!"
