Two years ago the Town of Chittenden received a recreational trails grant to extend the East Creek trail system on the town lands north of Barstow. This land was gifted to the school and recently transferred to the Town. The site hosts many public programs, including a Forest Friday initiative. Many Barstow classes utilize the outdoor pavilion, and the trails lead to a wonderful outdoor experience for ALL.

Saturday, May 4th, Girl Scout Troop 30332 and the Chittenden Rec Committee are hosting the First Annual East Creek Trail Clean-up day.
