As a fellow non-profit serving the Central Vermont Community we share in the same mission and goals to serve Central Vermont and make it great place to raise families. We believe as a Church that God cares about you and the organization you lead to make our community thrive. .
On May, 5th-7th from 6pm-8:30pm our church wants to Unite with you and become "Sharper" together in reaching our community. "Sharper" is a 3 evening training that is focused on providing training that will meet two critical needs of every non-profit…fundraising and digital marketing solutions. It's our goal to accommodate every leader as best as we can. The training is free as well as each evening we will provide a meal and child care (if needed) so you can come after work and just focus on being equipped to better serve the community.
The "Sharper" Conference will cover the following topics on a repetition format so that you can attend each training. The goal of this Conference is to equip non-profits in the area of fundraising, organizational structures, digital marketing solutions and strategies. Leading our conference and trainings will be David Ashcraft (@davidashcraft, davidashcraft.blogspot.com) former Executive Director with North Carolina State University Natural Resources Foundation. While at NC State David provided oversight for over 90,000 acres of forestland and fundraising for the College of Natural Resources. He has also served as Executive in Residence at the University of Virginia and Lamar University. We will also be led by Jon Parks. He is the founder of Dijital Farm, a digital marketing consulting practice based in the Triangle region of North Carolina. For 20 years he has provided marketing strategies for companies such as SAS Merck Pharmaceuticals, Tough Mudder and American Century Investments among others. Jon specializes in lead generation using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. He also has a special affinity for email marketing. Jon is also an instructor for ASPE where he leads classes for marketers on Agile Marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media and SEO.
