Enjoy good food and traditional tunes and ballads at Music at the Café at Highland Center for the Arts! The Zeichner Trio is a group of siblings from the hills of central Vermont who play traditional Irish and Old-Time/Appalachian music. Louli plays 4 and 5 string banjo and harp, Oliver adds penny whistle and uilleann pipes, while Yasi rounds out their sound with fiddle and sean nòs dance. Each a strong and well-developed singer, their voices blend in both harmony and unison as only families can. The group has gained a reputation in Vermont as standard-bearers of traditional music and together they bring age-old melodies alive with integrity and creativity.
