The Williston in Bloom committee is seeking volunteers as it enters its 16th year. The WIB volunteer group's goal is to increase community pride with plantings and stewardship at various location throughout town.

The group's first meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 4th to prepare the Williston Village flower gardens for planting. Please join us outside of the Public Works/Town Hall building area 10:00 a.m.

Future sessions will include planting the large hanging baskets to be distributed around Marshall Avenue and the Village, and planting annuals in the flower beds around the Village. The hanging basket planting is scheduled for Monday, June 4th at 4:00 p.m. These baskets will be planted at Gardener's Supply, in one of the back hoop houses. The Village flower bed planting will be scheduled for sometime during the first week in June (date TBD).
