Hi Folks!
Sorry for the late notice: we are having our May League of Women Voters in the NEK meeting this Sunday, May 5th from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the parlor at the United Community Church North on Main St. in St. Johnsbury. We will be discussing projects both long- and short-term. Hope you can be there!
Just received this link from the League of Women Voters of Central Vermont for their recent UNDERSTANDING LIBERALISM AND CONSERVATISM program at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. So, if you are interested in considering those isms, you can watch the program at your leisure. And share it!

The League is open to membership for all people, and all ages.
*The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, has fought since 1920 to improve our government and impact public policy through citizen education and advocacy. The League's enduring vitality comes from its unique decentralized structure; working at the national, state, and local levels. The League neither supports nor opposes candidates or political parties at any level of government.
While the League's legislative priorities change to reflect the needs of society, our organization remains true to its basic purpose: to make democracy work for all citizens.
