The Essex Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 13 in the conference room at the Town Offices, 81 Main Street. The agenda includes the following items:

- Public comments
- Informational presentation about an AT&T cell tower proposed for Indian Brook Road
- A consent agenda item to modify lighting on a loading dock canopy at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters' facility at 30 Gauthier Drive
- Changes to signage and the facade at 2 Carmichael Street, which is converting from a Quiznos to a Dunkin' Donuts
- A new, 5,650-square-foot auto repair shop is being proposed at 19 Gauthier Drive. The shop would supplement Rotunda's Collision Center, which is located across the street.
- A boundary line adjustment and subsequent amendment to a congregate care facility that has already been approved at 9 Joshua Way. With the additional acreage from the boundary line adjustment -- with a property located at 241 Pearl Street in the Village -- the applicant has proposed the expansion of the congregate care facility from 30 units to 50 units.
