Planning Conversations are facilitated discussions for a small group of 4-12 people. They have been used in other Vermont school systems to get community involvement in designing graduation requirements, flexible pathways, and other major school transformations. Neighborhood Planning Conversations (NPCs) take place in the homes of volunteer hosts or in public spaces-schools, libraries, coffee shops, etc. The goal of our conversation is to determine the best methods for MVU and the community to share resources and information, and to work together
