The City of Winooski Department of Public Safety and Community Justice Center have been invited to the 34th Annual Dismas Community Fundraiser to receive the esteemed Jack Hickey award for our continued dedication to the Dismas program and our shared mission of restorative and community work. Our shared efforts exemplify what it truly means to be "Vermont's Opportunity City" as we strive to make Winooski a safe and welcoming community.

Event information is as follows:

- Sunday, May 5th, 2019 @ the UVM Alumni House (61 Summit St, Burlington, VT)
- Appetizers & Silent Auction from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
- Program and Awards at 5:00 p.m.
- Speaker Cindy Shank, subject of HBO Documentary Film The Sentence and criminal justice advocate
- Jack Hickey Award - City of Winooski
