Just a reminder that Green Up Day is Saturday, May 4th. Green Up bags can be found at the Town Clerk's Office, Starksboro Public Library, and Jerusalem Store during normal business hours.

When you fill your bags, please bring them to the Town Garage on Saturday between 8am and 3pm on Saturday. If you are picking up trash along a state highway, you may leave the filled Green Up bags along the state highway.

Any Starksboro resident that participates in Green Up Day is eligible to enter a drawing for a free pound of Vermont Coffee Co. coffee. (Thank you, Vermont Coffee Co. for sponsoring Green Up Day!) You can sign up on Saturday at the town garage when you drop off your filled bags or you can call me at 453-7350 to enter.
