The Greater Burlington Multicultural Resource Center (www.gbmrc.org) is sponsoring a performance of the Newark Boy's Chorus on Friday, May 10th at 6 PM at the First Congregational Church, 38 South Winooski Avenue, Burlington, VT. Tickets are $25 for adults; $15 for seniors, students, and veterans; and $10 for children under 10 years of age. Known as Newark's "Musical Ambassadors," the Newark Boy's Chorus has been heard throughout the world with a diversified repertoire that includes traditional classical music, spirituals, folk music, and jazz. In recent years the boys have toured Australia, South Africa, the Caribbean, Finland, Latvia, Russia, England, Wales, Spain, Portugal, and Canada. In March of this year, the young men spent two weeks touring Argentina and Chile.

The mission of the Greater Burlington Multicultural Resource Center (GBMRC) is to increase awareness and provide opportunities to celebrate, promote and support cultural diversity within our community. The GBMRC is located at 63 Pearl Street, Suite 140 in Burlington.
