Five Sisters Neighborhood Yard Sales and "Free Pile Day" - Saturday, May 11th from 9:00 am to 2:00pm.  (rain date - 5/18)

Hi everyone - the Five Sisters Yard Sale and Free Pile day is shaping up nicely.  We now have 15 households signed on - with more to come.  Charlotte, Caroline, Catherine, Marion, Hayward, and Howard Streets are represented.

Just to be clear - _the Free Piles are at your own houses_, and if you have items to pass along, but don't want to organize a yard sale for your household, you can just put a bunch of free stuff out.  Things will likely move quickly that day - so it seems like a good opportunity to clear out stuff without hauling it away yourself.

We will make some signs for street corners, and create an alluring Craigslist ad campaign.  It would probably be helpful if everyone makes a sign or two of their own as well.

Please email me if you plan to participate, and if you can, forward a short list of some interesting items you'll be selling. We will have 400 books,  CDs, kitchen/household items, rocking chair, vacuum cleaner, a medium sized trampoline, a large free pile, and much more.   Thanks!
