Hi Neighbors,
Posting this on behalf of a friend...

Can my landlord raise my rent without notice?
How do I get my deposit back?
Is my landlord responsible for shoveling snow?
What do I do if I receive an eviction notice?

Know your rights as a tenant in Burlington. Saturday, April 27th at the O.N.E. Community Center (former St. Joseph's School) 20 Allen Street from 10:30-12:30.

Join lawyer Sandy Baird for this informal Q&A on the Rights YOU have as a renter. Bring your questions and concerns.

Afterwards, join members of Burlington Housing Justice in an optional workshop with the goal of creating a Tenant's Union. FREE, open to EVERYONE, CHILDCARE PROVIDED & refreshments.
