PUBLIC NOTICE MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – WEDNESDAY 24 APRIL 2019 at 6:00 PM
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing TONIGHT to review the following applications:
1. Applicant/landowner Arthur C. Stewart Estate requests §630 Conditional Use and §500 Site Development Plan Approval to convert a portion of the existing commercial space at 187 VT Route 15 W (Parcel 20-33) into a one-bedroom apartment in the §210 Commercial Zone.
2. Applicant Elusive Realty LLC, requests §500 Site Development Plan Approval to locate a school at 2648 Randolph Rd (Parcel 13-004) on land owned by Wesolow VT Realty Trust. The school, which is subject to a limited zoning review per 24 VSA §4413b, will consist of two 2,200ft2 +/- buildings that will accommodate up to 25 students each for a pre-school and elementary school. The school buildings will be served by approximately 20 on-site parking spaces and two curb-cuts onto Randolph Road.
Said hearings will take place at 6:00 PM in the Community Meeting Room of the old Tegu Theatre at 43 Portland Street in beautiful downtown Morrisville. Public participation in the hearings is welcomed and encouraged.
