The Friends of Gilbert Hart Library's Annual Plant, Book and Bake Sale is just around the corner! Please join us on Saturday, May 18 from 9:00 AM - noon at the library to pick up some wonderful plants for your garden. We will have a large assortment of annuals and perennials. It's also the perfect time to pick up some great bargains for summer reading for the whole family! There will also be a bake sale with lots of delicious treats, including Carol Pratt's famous baked beans, so come early so you don't miss out! On display now at the library's front desk is our Spring Gardening Basket containing all sorts of gardening delights including seeds, bulbs, gardening gloves and other useful and lovely items. The Spring Gardening Basket is valued at over $100, and a maximum of 100 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the front desk and during the Sale. The winning ticket will be chosen at noon on the 18th, and you need not be present to win. Proceeds support our lovely Gilbert Hart Library. Come and browse through our plants and books and enjoy homemade treats!
