Kasia Moffett, 500-hr RYT and artist, offers the gift of gently held space to South Burlington in this two-hour deeply restorative practice. When we offer our bodies the time to take a break from daily work and the permission find the shape and form they most desire, we may find the way to a state of remembered wellness. Restorative yoga is the perfect opportunity to engage in an inquiry-based practice. Our options will include accessible pranayama (intentional breath), guided awareness, and a luxurious final relaxation to finish. Luxuriate in the naturally grounded space at Red Door.

Kasia Moffett is from northern Maine. She lives and teaches in the greater Bangor area and holds certifications for numerous specialty yoga modalities including Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Advanced Aerial yoga, and Trauma-Informed yoga. She has trained with Unnata Aerial Yoga, Warriors At Ease, The Veterans Yoga Project, Liberation Prison Yoga, Jillian Pransky, and the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at JRI. By the end of 2019 she will have completed over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. When not teaching yoga, Kasia loves to make art, and spend time in the wild woods of Maine gathering native food and medicine.
