Castleton Free Library will be celebrating Earth Day with a Story Walk for all ages. As part of our monthly Family Night series, this is free and open to all, but PLEASE SIGN UP by calling the library or leaving a message via email (castletonfreelibrary@gmail.com) or Facebook. Let me know number and ages of children attending to aid in planning, and leave your contact information. The program will run from 5:30-7:30 pm. Dress appropriately for the outdoor weather (walking shoes and old clothes), as most of the evening will be spent outdoors. The terrain will be easy, with several stops along the way featuring earth stories, poems, environmental information, and short activities. If we need to postpone for bad weather, we'll make the decision by 4:00 pm and send messages to all who registered.
