Whole family is attending ReSOURCE's first annual Earth Day Walk, Saturday, April 27, at 9 am at Red Rocks Park, featuring outdoor fun for the whole family--and trails in Burlington will be a lot drier than the ones in West Bolton! The 2.5 mile lakeside walk includes a storybook trail featuring Vermont children's book author Kate Messner's Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt. Our dogs Annie and Wade are signed up for costume contest to see who is the most Creatively Green." Prizes will be awarded in five categories – individual, couple, family, team, and dog.

Earth Day Walk registration is $5, free for children 5 and under, and proceeds support ReSOURCE's environmental, job training, and poverty relief programs.

So throw on some green and celebrate our beautiful earth. She deserves it!
