The Charlotte Senior Center will be serving Monday Munch 11:30 am on April 22nd. The lunch will feature: A choice of Chicken Salad with Grapes in a Lemon aioli over Greens or Grilled Salmon over Quinoa and Kale Salad with Balsamic Glaze, bread, beverages and Lemon Squares with Fig Coulis. Meals will be prepared by Chef Arnd Sievers and his Staff from The Residence at Shelburne Bay. No reservation is needed but a $5.00 donation would be greatly appreciated.
