Bags can be picked up at Jay Town Hall (Mon, Tues, Thurs 7 am - 4 pm, Weds 7 am to Noon) from Town Clerk Or pick up bags Sat, May 4. 8:00 - 10:00 am at Jay Town Hall Community Center; coffee, water, juice and snacks available. Separate returnables (clear bags) from recyclables (clear bags) from trash (Green- Up Bags). Place returnables in the Bottle Hut. Leave recyclables bags in proper containers next to bottle hut or take to recycling, open Fri 1 - 4 pm, Sat 9 am to noon.. Rather than leave green bags on roadways take to dumpster at Jay Town Hall. Friday May 3 thru Sunday May 5. As you are picking up trash search & try to find a large plastic Easter Egg with a slip of paper inside indicating you have won a prize. Bring egg and paper to Jay Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours to collect.
