Invigorate, cleanse, purify
We will combine flowers, herbs and water in a warm foot bath to wash away stress, world-weariness, anxiety, fear and grief.
A tea will be made using the same herbs and flowers to be used during or after the lustration. Bring a small spray bottle to carry home some Lustre Water for cleansing your personal space if you like. Water is our source and our healer, it is sacred and can cleanse and purify the spirit.
Event lead by Lisa Patrick. She learned this simple practice from years of friendships and work with Mayan healers in Belize where she spends half the year.
After a very long winter may we lift our spirits and look ahead to this seasons green blessings.
