April 20th is Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day and we are celebrating with our friends from Provisions International! We will be tasting 3 raw cheeses - Vermont Shepherd Verano, Spring Brook Farm Cheese Tarentaise, and Shelburne Farms Six Month Cheddar. In addition to the cheese we will also have Ariel from Ariel's Honey Infusions with her best flavors to pair with cheese, and Brad from Windfall Orchards pouring his hard ciders to quench your thirst. Oh and because this is perfect timing - it's also Easter weekend and we have just created your families cheese board for dinner! We love it when a plan all comes together.
