It's time isn't it?! Have you noticed the trash accumulating along the roadsides? (except for the ones that Ken has been hitting with his Planet Pack prototype and some of you other folks have been picking up throughout the year too. BTW, let us know if there are roads that get picked up regularly and shouldn't be on our route list.) I have a couple of things to announce about this year's GUD. 1) Please sign up for a route! When we all sign up, our efforts are maximized! 2) This year, we will be giving out green bags for trash and optional clear bags if you want to separate out redeemable and recyclable plastics. 3) We would love to have some volunteers throughout the day to help at the Quonset Hut.
