NOFA-VT (Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont) is excited to cook and serve Friday Night Food Affair in Richmond this Friday from 5-7 pm at the Richmond Congregational Church (20 Church Street). This a free event open to the whole community and this meal highlights some of the amazing area farms growing and raising delicious and quality ingredients. We'll be having Shepherd's Pie w/ roasted root veggies and ground beef, Veggie Shepherd's Pie w/ roasted root veggies and lentils, Magenta Cabbage Salad, and Strafford Organic Ice Cream w/ fresh raspberry sauce.

Local farmers/producers who contributed to this meal: The Farm at VYCC, Richmond (root veggies, onions), Moultroup Valley Farm, Huntington (ground beef), Intervale Community Farm, Burlington (cabbage) and Strafford Organic Creamery Strafford (ice cream).
